Life coaching is a way to realise your true potential through a process of uncovering and then eliminating destructive behavioural and thinking patterns in your life in a supportive, caring and inspirational environment. It is a results-focusedappraoch to your personal development.

This is achieved by giving you specific tools and techniques that will empower you to use your resources and creativilty, skills and talents to get what you desire out of life.

As your Coach I believe that you have all the answers to realize your success, therefore it is my job to listen to you and provide support. To give you feedback and an objective perspective, to point out your strengths and work as a partner on any weak areas. At the same time, to hold you responsible for your choices and actions toward meeting your goals.

We will begin with the end in mind; setting clear goals, identifying action tasks, developing tools and re-assessing situations and strategies which culminate in specific desired outcomes.

Basically, although at times trying and overwhelming, your Coaching Journey is one of building a relationship with someone you can trust and rely on to work with you, confidentially, to get you to where you want to be in life.

As a your Coach I can work with you to achieve successes in your own Personal Development, building your Self-Esteem. Your Health/Wellness or Fitness Goals including Weight Loss and Control. Career Development and Relationships. 

The desired outcome of our Coaching Journey will mean that you are totally motivated; you will set better and clearer goals, you will be a more action oriented individual, make wiser decisions and feel self confident to totally enjoy the life YOU want to live!  

 

How & How Often?


Your Coaching sessions take place either face to face or by phone or a combination of both. I have found that for coaching to be most effective a minimum of three months is usually recommended. However, many people find coaching to be so effective that they continue working with a coach for much longer. And you choose how often, either weekly or fortnightly. Of-course I am also available in-between sessions should you have any questions.

 

Coaching is NOT counselling or therapy?


Generally counsellors and therapists will explore your past, deep-seated emotional issues, help you with Psychological conditions or a crisis. Coaching is results focused; we will turn problems into challenges and excuses into solutions. You will take control of your destiny.
